Ready to use finely milled dried crunchy crickets (Acheta domesticus). With all 9 essential amino acids our crickets are a source of complete protein. Gram for gram they contain more protein than beef and more healthy fats than salmon. Add to a smoothie or shake for extra protein or try replacing 1/5th of the flour in your favourite baking recipes with cricket flour.
