Expedited and selected high value orders will require a signature on delivery. Expedited deliveries can be left with a neighbour. In the event you’re not in to sign for your delivery a card will be left detailing re-delivery or collection instructions.

In accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations, we operate a ‘cooling off period’ for un-opened orders as follows:
- Orders cancelled prior to dispatch are fully refunded
- You have the right to cancel your contract any time up to 14 working days after receipt of goods and receive a full refund (excluding return postage costs)
- Orders deemed to fall outside the ‘cooling off period’ will be fully refunded if un-delivered or returned under our product guarantee policy
- Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business to business customers and we reserve the right to charge a £15 handling fee on cancellation of un-opened orders
